We work with you on revisions until the design is absolutely perfect.
- Material Selection and Preparation: Once you approve the design, we move to production. We start by selecting the materials. The backing is typically made from high-quality, clear or colored acrylic, which is precision-cut to the shape of your design using a CNC router. At the same time, we select the appropriate colors of flexible LED tubing for your sign.
- Hand-Crafted Assembly: This is where the magic happens. Our skilled technicians meticulously shape and affix the LED tubing to the acrylic backing, following the approved design. This is a hands-on process that requires great attention to detail to ensure every curve and line is perfect. The wiring is carefully channeled and connected, remaining hidden from view as much as possible.
- Final Testing and Quality Assurance: Before any sign leaves our workshop, it undergoes a rigorous quality control check. We connect the power supply and let the sign run for several hours to ensure it glows flawlessly and that all connections are secure.
